- The first part of the journey is my Shamanic Grounding, Centering, and Shielding practice that you can use by itself and daily, if you want to. Being grounded, centered and shielded is essential to being resilient in these terrifying times. And we need to be resilient if we are going to resist and work for change.
- The first part is also a practice for physical self-healing. You can use the technique to bring healing energy from the Earth and the Cosmos into your body and focus that healing energy on whatever physically ails you. In order to effectively resist, our bodies have to be healthy enough to resist. If you are consistent with using it as a self-healing practice over time, you can experience health benefits!
