A Sacred Community of Shamanic Practice for Healing, Transformation, and Empowered Action.
Rooted YOUth: Self, Spirit, Circle is an immersive, live-virtual, 15-week journey of Self-Discovery, Healing, Transformation, and Empowerment JUST FOR TEENS!
Rooted YOUth takes place within the Sacred Container of a deeply connecting Community of Shamanic Practice, a small Circle of up to 8 participants.
You will learn to Shamanic Journey- to let a part of your Spirit SAFELY leave your physical body to travel in the Spirit World where you will meet and interact with your Spirit Guides and form your own direct connection with the Divine.
You will recover lost parts of yourself and heal wounds from this life, past lives, and from ancestral traumas.
You will learn practices and rituals for healing Yourself, Your Communities, and Our shared Earth.
You will begin to imagine and bring into being your deepest desire for a Healthy, Abundant, and Meaningful Life in which:
- You deeply feel Your Own Worth
- You are Empowered from Within and
- You are supported by this Spiritual Community as you walk Your Journey of Healing, Self-Love, Transformation, and Empowered Action.
Rooted YOUth includes:
- A 2-hour live-virtual Community Opening Ritual that begins Week 1
- Two 1:1 live-virtual Shamanic Healing sessions (for each Teen)
- Two live-virtual group workshops:
- Growing Your Shamanic Roots (two 7-hour days)
- Your Heart Core Energies (two 5-hour days)
- Four live-virtual 1:1 Integration Calls (for each Teen)
- 13 weekly, 2-hour live-virtual Community Shamanic Journey Circles
- And a 2-hour live-virtual Community Closing Ritual that ends Week 15
