Thursday was my oldest son’s 16th birthday! I always like to also celebrate that day as my own Giving-Birth Day. So I took some time to myself, to look back over my Shamanic Journey journal entries from the beginning of the year…
It was a wonderful reminder of the ground I’ve traversed in 2024. I’ve experienced so much growth, so much transformation, and taken so many empowered actions!
And yet it is easy for me to overlook and forget that when I am mired in my day to day and feeling like I am not moving towards my dreams fast enough…
In these fast paced lives we live, we rarely make the time to reflect on the challenges and successes that we have experienced in the last several months, we rarely give ourselves adequate time to integrate the significant events, healings, and ah-ha’s.
Can you take some time to yourself this week to reflect on how you have grown and changed in the last several months- to celebrate the wins and grieve the losses?
One of my wins was rekindling a working relationship with the small local paper called “The Community Voice” that I used to write for when we lived in Rohnert Park and Sebastopol, CA in 2007-2008.
